On 26 may, speaking at an international conference on "Strengthening regional cooperation in the water sector in Central Asia", the first deputy head of the Institute for Strategic and Regional Studies (ISRS) Akramjon Nematov presented Uzbekistan’s approaches to solving water problems, reports “Dunyo” IA correspondent.

In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 19, 2021 "On measures to bring the promotion of foreign language study in the Republic of Uzbekistan to a qualitatively new level." №PD-5117 an Agency for Promoting Foreign Language Learning under the Cabinet of Ministers has been established.

Today, domestic and foreign experts agree that the large-scale structural reforms undertaken in the country have mitigated the negative socio-economic consequences of the global coronavirus pandemic. It has been noted that the government's decisive response allowed Uzbekistan to demonstrate positive economic growth of 1.6%.
