On February 13, 2023 the Ambassador of the Republic of Uzbekistan to France and Portugal H.E. Mr. Sardor RUSTAMBAEV met with the Ambassador of Portugal to France H.E. Mr. José Augusto DUARTE.

On April 5-7, 2023, in Tashkent the 14th international exhibition-fair of local products “UzCharmExpoShoesStar - Eurasia-2023” is planned to be held by the “Uzcharmsanoat” Аssociation.

On May 11-12, 2023 in Samarkand it is planned to hold the III International legal forum “Tashkent Law Spring”.

On February 6, 2023, the Embassy of Uzbekistan in France, in cooperation with the University of Toulouse “Toulouse III - Paul Sabatier”, has organized the videoconference dedicated to fundamental reforms and democratic transformations in Uzbekistan. 

In the Address by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev to the Oliy Majlis and the People of Uzbekistan the year of 2023 was declared as “The Year of Human Care and Quality Education”.

On December 20, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev delivered an Address to the Oliy Majlis (Parliament) and the people of Uzbekistan, in which he summed up the results of the outgoing year and outlined the priorities of the policy in 2023. In the Address that has become traditional since December 2017, the President summarizes the results of the outgoing year, suggests the course for the next year and puts forward priority policy directions for the coming year.
